Turndown Photos

Back when our Clara was little (she was born in 2003), we shot most of our photos on film cameras. I recently came across an album from that era, full of photos from Cuixmala in Mexico to the Gallician in Milan of the turndown display housekeeping had styled for Clara, arranging the various stuffed friends she’d brought along on our trip. Sometimes the positioning is very straightforward, but often someone had clearly placed them on the pillow with a sense of humor.
