Palm Heights, Grand Cayman

In short….. Has there ever been a better multi-use resort that checks so many boxes? Methinks not. We went to Palm Heights for a family spring break and it was perfect. The staff was engaged with our son, welcoming him with a set of sand toys, a turtle “stuffy,” and his own kid-sized robe for lounging. But there’s a palpable sexiness to the property that had us pining for a return without kids in tow, and as we neared the weekend the crowd got hotter, more stylish, and decidedly kid-free. Perhaps it hit a peak when one of the most famous supermodels of all time checked in with her (also model) daughter. If you’re looking for a health-focused reset, the gyms—both indoor and outdoor—are as good as, if not better than, my fancy gym in Charleston or NYC. The instructors are world-class and the spa is equally exceptional. All that to say, I’ve never seen a place excel at so many things.
