How often do you travel?

I travel quite often for work, but also to visit places that inspire me. My family tries to discover a new country every year. On my upcoming travel list: Mongolia, Costa Rica, and Thailand for a full health spa retreat.

A recent passport stamp?

The Abaco Islands in The Bahamas. It was a truly magical trip. We spent 10 days cruising around the remote Abaco Islands, balancing relaxation and adventure. We went fishing, snorkeling, and swimming in crystal-clear waters teeming with marine life. I was eight months pregnant, so we kept our travel distances short, but it turned out to be the perfect decision. My favorite spot was a secluded lagoon near Scotland Cay, where we were welcomed by graceful turtles swimming alongside our boat. The sandbanks seemed to stretch endlessly, and it really felt like we were walking on the edge of the world. We stopped at Hope Town Marina one night, a charming, lively village with pastel-hued houses, a historic candy-striped lighthouse, and a coral reef just offshore that made for incredible snorkeling. Between the fresh seafood, time in the ocean, and the joy of slow travel, it was a trip I’ll treasure forever.

Three favorite hotels in the world?

Amanpuri; Nomade Tulum

Amanpuri in Thailand—I love its serene, secluded atmosphere, tropical beauty, and the feeling of being so far away from home.

Nomade in Tulum—I adore its bohemian spirit, immersive nature setting, and soulful, relaxed energy. It’s my little escape from home as it’s just a 1 hour flight from Miami. I usually stay 3 – 4 days and it helps me destress, detox and reenergize.
