Frozen Gin and Tonic



Our friend (and frequent Yolo contributor) Brooks Reitz from the amazing Leon’s Oyster Shop in Charleston for shared this perfect summer drink with us! We can’t wait to make these a part of our warm weather rotation.

Frozen G&T:

¼ cup gin
1 cup ice
2 Tbsp. tonic syrup, such as Jack Rudy
1 cucumber slice (optional, for garnish)

Combine gin, tonic syrup, and 1 cup ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into serving glass and garnish with cucumber.
