
The vibe… The Capella is not quite quiet luxury. Entering Aperture, the Capella Sydney’s serene central atrium space that anchors life in the hotel, well-heeled guests have the room buzzing with the chatter of socializing and business being done. Above us, suspended within the towering courtyard and occasionally distracting guests from their conversations, is a mesmerizing robotic installation designed by Amsterdam-based Studio Drift that pulsates as they rise and fall through the air like jellyfish moving through the nearby harbor tides.
