The backstory… A masterclass in Rajasthan’s grand design traditions, blending soaring atriums, intricate details, and a sense of timeless elegance.
The vibe… Opulent yet inviting. The Writers Bar, with its old-world charm, is the heart of Raffles Jaipur, a lively crossroads where locals, creatives, and travelers swap stories over expertly mixed drinks.
The rooms… Warm and intimate, with intricate detailing, camel bone inlay furniture, and private pools that make it tempting to never leave your suite.
The wellness… A perfect balance of indulgence and recovery, ideal after a day spent navigating Jaipur’s exhilarating chaos, whether through a deep-tissue massage or simply dreaming of the mineral pools, not yet complete during my stay but impressive enough to give me another reason to return.
The food & drink… Intricate thali presentations, rich slow-cooked dishes, and the perfect Jaipur Sling at the Writers Bar.
Extra tip goes to… Our butler, Harshit, who somehow packed all my market finds with absolute precision like a master of spatial magic.
